BOSS has released a new starter motor for SR MAG machines. The updated starter features a coated Bendix shaft designed to significantly increase starter service life and improve resistance to corrosion in harsh winter operating environments. This starter was introduced as a production improvement for 2026 Model Year SR MAG machines and is fully compatible with previous model year units. The new starter retrofits directly to all SR MAG machines built prior to the 2026 Model Year.
